Anna & Antony’s Wedding at Lulworth Castle Dorset

The day started off with Antony and his stylish groomsmen taking the rare opportunity of a traditional hot towel and wet shave at Barnets Barbers, Wareham’s best barber shop.

Anna, along with her bridesmaids got ready at her family home, a stones through from Lulworth Castle. The atmosphere of the day was set, the weather was beautiful beautiful as were the girls in their dresses. Ready for some fun we headed off to the castle to join their wedding guests.

The wedding was beautiful, it was the first time I had worked at Lulworth Castle and also with Bellisimo wedding planners. Melanie & her team are a super to work with, the day went like clockwork with nothing being too much trouble. As you will see there was a lot of pretty detail and styling from Arcade Flowers making the castle dining hall look gorgeous! Most importantly the couple and guests had a ball. I loved seeing the bridesmaids in their Two Birds bridesmaid dresses eagerly flying down the castle lawn on space hoppers!

The couple celebrated in style with family and friends and enjoyed some delicious food from Beales gourmet. The catering was such an important part of their day due to our groom Antony being a chef himself, safe to say it went down a storm.

Traditionally, brides do not give speeches. Her groom speaks on her behalf, when he delivers his. I love how Anna put her personal stamp on this part of the day happily joining in with the thanks and recognition
